Many of us have experienced stress or trauma that, even years later, still affects how we feel or react. Sometimes we know exactly where it came from. Other times, we’re not even aware that a past emotional experience is still playing a role in our current challenges.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a gentle, mind-body therapy that helps release unresolved stress and emotional patterns stored in the body. It works with your body’s natural intelligence to identify where emotional memory is being held—and helps you let it go so healing can happen.
What is NET?
NET is based on the idea that unresolved emotional stress can become trapped in the body and impact physical and emotional well-being.
These emotional blocks can stem from:

NET combines elements of:

Applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to identify where emotional stress is stored

Chinese medicine principles (meridian points) to access energetic pathways in the body
