Complex trauma results when someone experiences repeated or prolonged stress or harm, often beginning in childhood, leaving deep emotional, relational, and physical impacts. It can affect how you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate daily life.
At Thriving Spirit Counseling, we provide compassionate, individualized therapy for complex trauma, helping you reclaim safety, build resilience, and move toward a life of greater calm, connection, and self-compassion.
